(Side note to the food poisoing comment)
Its like anything. Business owners can't read your mind. Telling them what they are doing right and when they mess up is important. It helps them problem solve. I have only met 1 arrogant owner of a restaurant in town. It closed in six months. It was a pizza place as well but the owner didn't like any kind of input.
